Winchester Hat Fair 2012

Winchester's Hat Fair began in 1974 as a busker's festival and is now Britain's longest running celebration of street arts. The annual festival incorporates outdoor and site specific works, musical events, spectacles and a children's procession.

The event is free and contribution is voluntary.
