Surrey County Show

Surrey County Show is the biggest one day agricultural event in the country, showcasing top quality cattle, sheep, pigs, goats and poultry from all over the South East.

This fantastic family day out includes a popular horse show, companion dog show, donkeys, llamas, rabbits - the best of the countryside right in the heart of the town.

There are acres of shopping, rural crafts, farm produce, chefs' demonstrations and spectacular arena entertainment.  Watch out for the Bolddog Lings motorcycle stunt event, the knuckle biting Pny Club Games and new to Surrey - Pig Racing, as well as show jumping and falconry.

Discounted tickets will be available in March from the Guildford Tourist Information Centre (Telephone 01483 444334).

Public Transport Directions

Free Park and Ride at Surrey University, Guildford Business Park and Merrow Park and Ride. Park and Ride buses operate between 7 am and 7pm.

Limited parking at Stoke Park (usually full by 10:30 am). Further free parking at Cornhill and UOP, Ladymead.

Special bus from Guildford Main Line station and Friary Bus Station, 50p each way.

London Road (Guildford) train station - follow Nightingale Road exit - 200 yards to main Nightingale Road show entrance.
